We are hiring for the position of Social Media & Customer Management Executive (Female Only). We are looking for a dynamic and responsible individual to manage social media activities along with customer and client coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
12:00 PM – 08:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Manage social media accounts including posts, messages, and engagement
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth operations
Manage client communication and provide support as needed
Maintain daily customer and operational records
Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Experience in social media or customer service (preferred)
Problem-solving attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
