We’re looking for a bilingual Social Media Coordinator to execute high-volume content, manage engagement, and support recruiting campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads.

🎯 What You’ll Do
Create & post content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & Threads
Produce short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) using templates
Translate and publish content in English & Spanish
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages
Support recruiting campaigns & employer branding
Track performance metrics and maintain weekly reports

<24-hour response time
Growing followers (+5–10% monthly)
Strong engagement and recruiting impact

💼 What We’re Looking For
2-3 years in social media / marketing
Fluent in English. Those who speak and understand Spanish would be preferred
Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads
Experience with tools like CapCut or Canva
Detail-oriented and highly organized
