Description:
As the Social Media Coordinator, you will help shape and grow the online presence of selected Allure Hospitality Group restaurants. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across multiple social platforms, enhancing community engagement, and driving both brand awareness and customer visits.
This position is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual who understands hospitality marketing, trends, and storytelling through digital media.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation
- Develop original visual and written content (photos, videos, graphics, Reels, stories) tailored to each restaurant’s brand and audience.
- Collaborate with videography and design teams to conceptualize and direct on-site shoots.
- Deliver 3-4 posts and videos per week per restaurant.
- Write engaging captions using relevant and trending hashtags.
- Design and schedule consistent posts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Content Planning & Strategy
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with promotions, holidays, and events.
- Support digital campaigns such as Happy Hour, brunch specials, and new openings.
- Coordinate social content with other marketing activities (website, events, promotions).
- Plan and monitor monthly paid ads in collaboration with management.
Community Engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
- Engage with followers, influencers, and community pages to grow reach and trust.
- Report any customer concerns or feedback to management.
Performance & Optimization
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) weekly.
- Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify new trends, reels formats, and creative ideas to improve engagement.
- Utilize AI analytics tools for content performance and optimization.
Brand Awareness & Campaign Support
- Assist in developing creative campaigns, giveaways, and influencer collaborations.
- Capture authentic behind-the-scenes content that highlights the restaurant experience.
- Maintain brand consistency across all content and visuals.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience managing social media (hospitality or F&B preferred).
- Strong creative and visual skills (composition, color, aesthetics).
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in AI tools for content generation, caption writing, image editing, and trend research
- Excellent written and spoken English with understanding of brand tone.
- Familiarity with paid ad management and analytics dashboards.
- Availability for regular coordination meetings with the Canada-based marketing team.
