Description:
The Social Media Content Management Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality organic content submitted to clients, including audio, video, and written content.
- Plan, organize, and maintain content calendars for client podcasts
- Submit raw files for editing, oversee the process, adherence to client instructions and quality standards
- Ensured all client-delivered assets undergo rigorous quality checks and reviews
- Design or oversee the creation of thumbnails and manage social media posts to promote episodes effectively
- Review edited content for quality and client compliance, managing revisions as necessary
- Track podcast performance metrics and present reports to leadership for insights and improvement
- Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing their needs and keeping them updated on project milestones
- Work closely with editors and content creators to deliver high-quality podcast content.
Requirements
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Proficiency in content planning, editing oversight, and analytics
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Analytical skills and knowledge of industry quality standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication and related field is preferred
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts is a plus
