We are a growing tech services startup driven by innovation and creativity. As we scale, we’re looking for a multi-talented and enthusiastic team player who can help us build a strong digital brand presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing creative social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging visual and video content tailored to platform-specific audiences.
- Shoot short-form content (reels, stories, product demos, behind-the-scenes, etc.) in line with current trends.
- Edit videos using basic to intermediate editing tools and software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, and branded templates using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams (tech, HR, BD) to align content with company goals and campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to suggest improvements.
- Maintain and grow brand consistency, voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Design, or a related field (final year students/interns with experience can also apply).
- Minimum 3 to 6 months of working experience in a tech-startup.
- Strong grip on Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic video editing and content creation skills — reels, stories, social videos.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook + Instagram) as brand-building platforms.
- Creative thinking, proactive approach, and willingness to take ownership.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Bonus: Photography or animation skills.
