Description:
We are seeking a full-time Social Media Content Creator who can produce consumer-focused, camera-first content—the kind that feels like a conversation, not an ad. This role is ideal for someone who can showcase fashion and lifestyle products, brand story, and community impact while driving engagement across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create daily, relatable video content (reels, TikToks, short videos) that speaks directly to consumers.
- Record BTS (Behind-the-Scenes) content showing packaging, order preparation, dispatch, and day-to-day brand operations.
- Produce content introducing new product launches, highlighting comfort, style, and fit.
- Develop informative and educational content around intimate wear, styling, care tips, and customer FAQs.
- Ensure all content reflects brand's voice: warm, approachable, confident, and consumer-focused.
- Engage with audience comments and community feedback to strengthen connections.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute a consistent content calendar.
- Stay updated on social media trends and creative ideas to continuously improve content quality.
Requirements
- Comfortable speaking on camera and creating personality-driven content.
- Strong skills in shooting, editing, and using social media tools (Reels, TikTok, Instagram Stories).
- Creativity and understanding of female consumer audiences in fashion and lifestyle.
- Ability to create content that is authentic, relatable, and community-focused.
- Proactive mindset—bringing new ideas, experimenting with trends, and suggesting improvements.
- Prior experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle content creation is a plus.
- Photography/videography or design skills are a bonus.
