Description:
HorecaStore.ae is looking for a creative and people-savvy Social Media & Community Engagement Executive to be the brand’s voice across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will manage social media interactions, foster organic community growth, and maintain the company’s reputation by professionally handling Google reviews.
This role requires managing multiple social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others, responding promptly to comments and direct messages. The candidate will actively engage with online communities to increase brand reach and loyalty. Monitoring and reporting on user sentiment and engagement insights will be critical to shaping future communication strategies.
Flexible working arrangements are offered depending on the candidate’s location, including on-site, remote, or hybrid models, particularly for those based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond professionally and promptly to comments and direct messages across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Engage with relevant online communities to organically boost brand reach and visibility.
Manage and respond to Google reviews with professionalism and care to maintain positive brand reputation.
Build and nurture loyal relationships with followers and customers to enhance brand affinity.
Collect, analyze, and report social media insights and user sentiment to guide marketing strategies.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media management or community engagement roles.
Excellent written English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Confident in using major social media platforms and online reputation management tools.
Creative thinker with strong organizational skills and empathy to engage meaningfully with the audience.
