About the role:
We are hiring a full-time Social Media & Reputation Manager to manage client social content and online reviews. You will create social posts using pre-built Canva templates, schedule them, maintain calendars, and respond to reviews using approved messaging templates.

This role is detail oriented. process-driven & creative design work.

Responsibilities:

• Create social media posts using existing Canva templates

• Customize posts with client branding (logo, colors, text)

• Maintain monthly posting calendars

• Schedule posts across social platforms

• Monitor and respond to customer reviews professionally

• Send automated review request messages (via internal tools)

• Manage and optimize Google Business Profile listings

• Maintain communication/task tracking systems

• Generate simple monthly reports and summaries

Requirements:

• Strong written English

• Organized + excellent attention to detail

• Familiarity with social platforms + posting tools

• Able to follow templates and SOPs consistently

• Canva experience preferred (or willingness to learn quickly)
