🔥 Build and manage lead-generation funnels that capture and convert.

🔥 Track KPIs, analyze data, and report performance clearly & confidently.

🔥 Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithms, and ad trends.

What We’re Looking For (Your Superpowers):

✅ 2+ years of proven success running paid campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads).

✅ Deep understanding of targeting, split-testing, and funnel building.

✅ Strong analytical skills — you can read the numbers and act fast.

✅ Experience generating & qualifying high-quality leads.

✅ Copywriting + creative direction mindset (you know what hooks people).
