We are looking for a talented SMS Marketing Expert to join our growing team. If you have a knack for crafting engaging SMS campaigns, driving customer engagement, and optimizing performance, this role is for you!
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and execute SMS marketing campaigns for US clients
Segment and target audiences for maximum impact
Write clear, compelling, and conversion-driven SMS content
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions)
Stay updated with compliance, carrier rules & US market trends
Collaborate with sales & marketing teams for integrated campaigns
🎯 Requirements
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field
2–4 years’ experience in SMS/Performance Marketing (US experience preferred)
Proficiency with SMS marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Twilio, Klaviyo, Podium, SlickText)
Strong analytical skills & ability to interpret performance data
Excellent English writing & communication skills
Preferred:
✔ Experience with CRM integrations
✔ Knowledge of US TCPA & carrier compliance rules
✔ Multi-channel campaign management (SMS + Email + WhatsApp)
