Skincare Formulator

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Skincare Formulator to develop and enhance our product line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetic chemistry, a passion for natural ingredients, and the ability to create formulations that align with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Develop and formulate new skincare products, including creams, serums, and masks, using natural and effective ingredients.

•⁠ ⁠Improve existing product formulations based on customer feedback and market trends.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct stability and compatibility testing to ensure product safety and efficacy.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure formulations meet brand standards and regulatory requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Stay updated with industry trends, new ingredients, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and innovation.

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠Minimum of 3 years of experience in skincare formulation.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in formulating various skincare products, including emulsions, gels, and serums.

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of natural and organic ingredients.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of international cosmetic regulations and standards.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
