Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

TAUT is looking for a highly skilled Shopify Marketing & Growth Specialist who can manage, optimize, and scale Shopify stores while generating consistent sales and revenue growth.
This is not a basic store management role. We are looking for someone who understands the complete eCommerce ecosystem and has a proven track record of driving profitable growth in the USA market through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Shopify stores for maximum performance and conversions.
Plan, launch, and scale advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
Generate qualified traffic, leads, and sales through paid and organic marketing channels.
Optimize product pages, landing pages, collections, and checkout experience.
Analyze store and campaign performance to improve ROI and profitability.
Implement email marketing and customer retention strategies.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Perform A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Track key performance metrics and provide regular performance reports.
Work closely with the content and creative team to develop high-converting marketing assets.
Mandatory Requirements
Proven experience working with Shopify stores targeting the USA market.
Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in Shopify Marketing and eCommerce Growth.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Shopify marketing.
Demonstrated ability to generate sales and scale eCommerce brands.
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Klaviyo and email automation.
Knowledge of Shopify SEO.
Experience with TikTok Ads and influencer marketing.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
