Shopify Developer

Description:

We’re looking for a talented and proactive Mid-Level Shopify Developer to join our growing eCommerce team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, customizing, and optimizing Shopify stores with a focus on performance, user experience, and conversion. You’ll work closely with designers, marketers, and other developers to bring eCommerce visions to life.

🗂️ Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain Shopify stores, themes, and apps

· Customize Shopify themes using Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

· Optimize site speed and performance

· Implement third-party integrations and APIs (e.g., payment gateways, shipping providers, marketing tools)

· Debug and troubleshoot technical issues

· Collaborate with UI/UX designers and the marketing team to translate business needs into high-performing eCommerce solutions

· Ensure responsive and cross-browser compatibility

· Stay updated on Shopify best practices and eCommerce trends

✅ What You Bring

· 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Shopify development

· Proficiency in Liquid, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

· Experience with Shopify REST and Storefront APIs

· Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility, web standards, and responsive design

· Familiarity with version control (Git)

· Knowledge of eCommerce best practices and conversion rate optimization

· Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
