Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily branch operations and staff performance

Ensure top-quality customer service and product presentation

Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly

Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and sales targets

Lead by example with a positive and professional attitude


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (BBA / Hospitality / related field)

1–3 years of experience in retail, bakery, or restaurant management

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Presentable and confident personality – the face of our brand
