✅ Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions in ServiceNow ITOM, Security Operations (SecOps), and Service Portal.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and UIs using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, and REST APIs.
- Develop complex integrations with external systems and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
- Drive platform enhancements, automation strategies, and proactive monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Maintain documentation and best practices for platform configurations, deployments, and updates.
🎯 Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Deep expertise in ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping).
- Solid experience in SecOps (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response).
- Strong knowledge of Service Portal development and UI customization.
- Proven ability to work in agile environments with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
