Service Supervisor

Description:

• Maintain close liaison with Sales Team and Dealers and provide service support.
• Follow up of warranty complaints and Sales Return cases with concerned Service Manager and keeping record.
• Check and verify the warranty jobs assigned to ASC.
• Promote Spare Parts sales through ASC, with the coordination of concerned Service Manager.
• Prepare activity report and submit to Service Manager on regular basis.
