Service Desk Agent

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

 

-Monitor and manage service tickets and engineer dispatch.

 

-Track check-ins, time sheets, and completion reports.

 

-Communicate with clients and engineers, ensuring accurate task execution.

 

-Update internal systems and prepare daily reports.

 

-Support service delivery, escalations, and role onboarding.

 

-Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems is a plus.

 

Requirements:

 

-2+ years in service desk, dispatch, or IT coordination.

 

-Strong English communication skills.

 

-Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and ticketing tools.
