Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily service delivery operations and ensure agreed service levels are consistently met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend improvements in processes.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve service issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and optimizing service delivery strategies.
  • Maintain proper documentation of service requests, incidents, and resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SLAs, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in service delivery, client support, or operations (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
