Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily service delivery operations and ensure agreed service levels are consistently met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend improvements in processes.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve service issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and optimizing service delivery strategies.
- Maintain proper documentation of service requests, incidents, and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SLAs, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in service delivery, client support, or operations (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
