Hybytes is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our growing team in Lahore! If you have experience managing client delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality service performance, we’d love to hear from you.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Own and manage ongoing service delivery for client accounts
🔹 Track and manage SLAs, KPIs, and service performance reporting
🔹 Act as the main customer-facing delivery contact
🔹 Coordinate across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
🔹 Ensure projects and services are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards
🔹 Proactively identify risks, issues, and delivery bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution
🔹 Build strong client relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
🔹 Lead service review meetings and provide clear delivery updates to clients
🔹 Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, service quality, and team collaboration
🔹 Support offshore/onshore delivery alignment for long-term managed services engagements
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3–5 years of proven experience in service delivery, project delivery, account management, or managed services
✅ Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, reporting, and client engagement management
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations
✅ Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities
✅ Experience in consulting, IT services, cloud services, or managed services is highly preferred
✅ Familiarity with offshore/onshore delivery models is a plus
