🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and analyze patient service calls for quality and compliance.
• Prepare detailed QA reports, scorecards, and feedback logs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in service quality.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, HIPAA, and healthcare compliance standards.
• Recommend process enhancements to improve patient experience and operational efficiency.

🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of prior QA experience in healthcare BPO, telemedicine, or medical support.
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills for monitoring service quality metrics.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare protocols (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
