Service Ambassador




  • Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager to enhance our sales performance, with training provided on Immigration programs.
  • Welcome and assist walk-in clients, guiding them to the appropriate department/Advisor.
  • Address client inquiries and provide general information about our Immigration programs while collecting initial client information.
  • Cultivate and nurture business relationships by attending meetings and networking events in coordination with the Branch Manager.
  • Acquire new business through various methods such as cold calling, email outreach, client meetings, and referrals.
  • Participate in complaint management following guidelines set by the Branch Manager.
  • Support the Branch Manager in sales efforts and respond to client inquiries related to Immigration.
  • Recommend potential upgrades or additional services of interest to clients.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a relevant role, such as Business Development Officer, Service Ambassador, Assistant to CEO, or similar, for 2 to 3 years.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution.
  • Strong negotiation and client collaboration abilities, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, management capabilities, creativity, and a personable personality.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally.
