We are currently seeking a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Team Lead to join our team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical, and strategic individual who can take charge of SEO campaigns and lead a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of effective SEO strategies

• Conduct and oversee keyword research, link-building, and on-page optimization

• Monitor and analyze web analytics to assess performance and report progress

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO tactics with broader campaigns

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior SEO team members

• Ensure best practices are consistently applied to all SEO projects

Qualifications:

• Expertise in keyword research, link-building, and on-page SEO

• Solid understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)

• Proven experience in leading SEO campaigns and managing a team

• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and how SEO fits within them

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field

• Experience in broader digital marketing is a plus
