🚀 We're Hiring – SEO Specialist (2–3 Years Experience)

Are you passionate about SEO and staying ahead of Google's latest algorithm updates? Nextop Tech is looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to drive organic growth and improve our clients' online visibility through modern SEO strategies.

📌 Responsibilities
-Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
-Perform website SEO audits and implement improvements.
-Optimize websites using On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO best practices.
-Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
-Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (GMB) for Local SEO.
-Improve website speed, Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawlability, and overall performance.
-Build high-quality backlinks and execute effective outreach strategies.
--Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using industry-leading SEO tools.
Stay updated with Google's latest algorithm updates, AI Search, and emerging SEO trends.

✅ Requirements

-2–3 Years of Proven SEO Experience
-Strong expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, Technical & Local SEO
-Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager
-Proficiency in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog (Moz is a plus)
-Strong understanding of Keyword Research, Link Building, Schema Markup, XML Sitemaps, Robots.txt & Core Web Vitals
-Experience with WordPress SEO (Rank Math / Yoast SEO)
-Knowledge of Google Business Profile (GMB) Optimization
-Familiarity with Google's Latest Algorithm Updates, EEAT, AI Overviews & Modern SEO Trends
-Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

💼 What We Offer
💰 Salary: PKR 70,000 – 90,000 (Based on Experience & Skills)
