Prime Tech Solutions is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced SEO Manager to lead and enhance our organic growth efforts. This role demands a results-driven professional with at least 4+ years of practical SEO experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of the company’s search engine presence.

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all core areas of SEO including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, while also contributing to content planning and applying modern semantic SEO strategies. You will collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure best SEO practices are implemented and followed across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement comprehensive on-page SEO strategies including keyword optimization, internal linking, and meta-data management.

• Execute off-page SEO tactics, particularly link-building campaigns, to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.

• Manage technical SEO tasks including site audits, crawlability improvements, and page speed optimization.

• Create content outlines for blog posts and product pages aligned with search intent and SEO strategy.

• Apply principles of Semantic SEO, preferably familiar with Koray Tuğberk GÜBÜR’s framework, to improve topical authority and relevance.

• Monitor SEO performance using analytics and reporting tools, providing insights and adjustments as needed.

• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or in-house marketing role.

• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console).

• Experience with content collaboration and strategic outline development.

• Solid knowledge of semantic SEO concepts and structured data/schema is a plus.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in communication and teamwork.
