Way We Gaming is urgently seeking a highly experienced and results-driven SEO Expert to join our team. Based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, this on-site role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in all areas of Search Engine Optimization, including On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies aimed at increasing organic search visibility, boosting website traffic, and enhancing online brand presence. You should have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, up-to-date knowledge of SEO trends, and hands-on experience with a variety of SEO tools and analytics platforms.

We’re looking for someone analytical, proactive, and capable of leading initiatives that directly impact search rankings and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor effective SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility

• Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content and linking strategies

• Execute On-Page SEO tactics, including meta-tag optimization, internal linking, URL structuring, schema markup, and content alignment

• Carry out Off-Page SEO efforts such as backlink acquisition, guest posting, and outreach campaigns

• Optimize websites for Technical SEO, ensuring proper site speed, crawlability, mobile-friendliness, and indexation

• Perform regular site audits and work closely with web developers and content creators to implement necessary fixes

• Track performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and search engine algorithm changes

• Provide monthly performance reports and actionable recommendations to management

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6–7 years of hands-on SEO experience

• Strong command over On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO techniques

• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.

• Deep understanding of search engine ranking factors and algorithms

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously

• Strong communication and reporting skills
