Senior Video Editor

Description:

The Senior Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end video projects, including planning, editing, colour grading, and integrating motion graphics to produce high-quality content. The Senior Video Editor will collaborate closely with designers, creative directors, and marketing teams to translate concepts into engaging video narratives aligned with client and brand goals. Daily tasks include organising footage, refining edits, optimising sound and visual quality, and ensuring timely delivery of video assets for various digital platforms. The role may also involve mentoring junior editors, maintaining best practices in post-production workflows, and contributing creative input to campaign ideation.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing to handle complete post-production workflows.
• Proficiency in Video Colour Grading for consistent visual style and professional-quality footage.
• Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create dynamic, visually appealing video content.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and AI tools).
• Proven experience in a senior video editing or similar role, ideally within a creative or digital agency environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong storytelling, visual communication, and attention to detail.
• Relevant education in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
