🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and pursue relevant projects on Upwork (Web Design & Development focus).
Develop and execute monthly bidding strategies aligned with company targets ($10K–$12K).
Write custom, high-converting proposals tailored to each client’s requirements.
Track project pipelines, manage follow-ups, and build strong client relationships.
Analyze job success metrics (budget, client history, response rate, conversion) before applying.
Coordinate with the design & development team to prepare accurate project estimations.
Consistently optimize proposal strategies to improve conversion rate and revenue growth.

🔹 What We Expect:
3–4 years of proven Upwork bidding experience (Web Design & Development niche).
Ability to craft compelling proposals that stand out from competitors.
Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, job filters, and bidding best practices.
Confidence in handling client calls, requirement gathering, and negotiations.
Target-driven mindset with focus on achieving $10K–$12K monthly sales.
