Senior Ui/ux Designer

NESL-IT is actively looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join its fast-growing product and design team at their Islamabad office. This is a full-time, on-site role specifically for professionals based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad, with 4+ years of experience in user interface and user experience design.

This opportunity is ideal for a design thinker who is deeply passionate about crafting seamless, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. You’ll play a vital role in defining how users interact with products by combining creativity with a solid understanding of design systems, usability, and user psychology. The role demands someone who can own end-to-end design processes and contribute strategically to product direction and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements and user needs into high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and design solutions.

• Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using Figma, with expertise in Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping.

• Apply strong knowledge of user flows, information architecture, and design principles to solve complex UX challenges.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketing to ensure cohesive user experiences.

• Lead design discussions and advocate for UX best practices and user-first strategies.

• Work on iterative design improvements based on testing, analytics, and user feedback.

• Deliver final design assets for development using platforms like Zeplin, InVision, Adobe XD, or similar.

Tools & Skills Required:

• Figma (Auto Layout, Prototyping, Components, Variants)

• Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

• Optional but beneficial: Adobe XD, Zeplin, InVision

• Bonus: Familiarity with AI-driven design tools like Midjourney, Uizard, Khroma, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Framer AI, or using ChatGPT for UX copywriting.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

• Strong leadership qualities to drive design discussions and support product strategy.

• Meticulous attention to detail with a creative, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.

Work Schedule:

• Timings: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (On-site)
