Senior Travel Sales Executive

 

Description:

As a Travel Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and booking travel arrangements for clients (individuals, groups, businesses). The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Promote and sell Umrah packages to individuals, families, and groups.
  • Provide detailed information on package options, visa requirements, and travel arrangements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the journey.
  • Achieve sales targets through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and referrals.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong sales skills and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
  • Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.

 

 

Skills:

  • Well-versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual, etc.).
  • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrable ability to handle crises.
