Description:
CareHub is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to support onboarding, training, and performance development for healthcare support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training for new and existing employees.
- Train staff on SOPs, healthcare workflows, systems, and communication standards.
- Develop and update training materials and documentation.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching during the onboarding period.
- Partner with QA and Operations teams to address performance gaps through targeted training.
- Track training completion and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Support the use of digital learning and workflow guidance tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, training, or workforce development.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, patient communication standards, and healthcare workflows.
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, coaching, and documentation skills.
- Ability to analyze performance trends and implement effective training solutions.
