Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Trainer & QA Specialist role based in Karāchi. The individual in this role will design and deliver training programs for new and existing team members, including creating training materials, floor-based sessions, and organizing refresher trainings. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring performance, reviewing process adherence, and providing coaching and feedback to ensure service quality and regulatory compliance. The Senior Trainer & QA Specialist will conduct regular quality audits, analyze trends, document findings, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. This role will also collaborate with operations leadership to align training and QA activities with client requirements, support onboarding of new projects, and maintain up-to-date documentation and SOPs.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in training design and delivery, including facilitation, curriculum development, and creating learning materials tailored to healthcare support operations.
  • Quality assurance and process improvement skills, such as auditing work outputs, measuring performance against KPIs, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to provide constructive, actionable feedback.
  • Organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail, ability to interpret data and reports, and capability to manage multiple training and QA initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, learning resources) and comfort working with technology-driven workflows.
  • Experience in healthcare support, medical back-office services, or similar regulated environments; familiarity with HIPAA and data privacy practices is highly beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain a professional, inclusive, and compliance-focused work culture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, or similar) or equivalent professional experience in training and quality assurance.
