Description:
Nimbus Consulting is seeking a seasoned Senior Oracle EBS HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team remotely. This full-time role focuses on providing expert support, enhancements, and custom development within the Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules (HRMS & Payroll) on-premises (R12.2.x).
You will work closely with HR and Payroll business teams to understand their needs, design solutions, and ensure smooth daily operations of Oracle EBS HCM applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Oracle EBS HCM modules: flexfields, employee templates, special information types, etc.
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop, enhance, and support Oracle EBS customizations using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and APEX.
- Provide day-to-day application support, troubleshooting, and incident management via a ticketing system.
- Create and maintain detailed functional and technical documentation.
- Participate in upgrades, patches, and migration projects.
- Liaise with Oracle support and other technical teams for issue resolution.
- Work independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS HCM (HRMS & Payroll) modules, ideally on R12.2.x.
- Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and APEX development.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Solid understanding of HR and Payroll business processes within Oracle EBS.
- Experience supporting Oracle EBS production environments and handling support tickets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
- Degree in Computer Science related field preferred.
