The organization is currently seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst with expertise in eCommerce to join its Lahore office full-time. The role demands an individual who is not only technically sound but also capable of aligning business objectives with scalable eCommerce technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Analysis of eCommerce Platforms: Perform in-depth evaluations of platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Magento, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce, identifying opportunities to enhance performance, scalability, and efficiency.

• Requirement Gathering: Work closely with internal stakeholders—developers, product owners, and system architects—to gather and translate business needs into technical specifications. Create detailed documents including BRDs, FRDs, TRDs, system diagrams, and interface specifications.

• System Mapping and Architecture: Document and design the eCommerce ecosystem, integrating components such as APIs, payment gateways, inventory systems, and third-party tools.

• API & Integration Management: Evaluate and optimize API integrations with CRM, ERP, PIM, and other platforms to ensure smooth data synchronization and system performance.

• Customer Journey Optimization: Partner with UX and development teams to improve user experiences by enhancing backend performance, mobile responsiveness, and reducing technical bottlenecks.

• Security & Compliance: Ensure eCommerce systems adhere to industry-standard security protocols and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus.

• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.

• At least 6 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in eCommerce projects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details into business-friendly language.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
