📍 Location: PECHS, Block 6 (On-site)
🕘 Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
📅 Schedule: Monday to Saturday
About the Role:
Robust Support & Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive RMA Executive to manage and optimize our returns process. You’ll play a key role in overseeing end-to-end RMA operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete RMA lifecycle including logistics, inventory returns, warranties, and trade-ins
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and front-end operations
• Reconcile return compensations from wireless companies
• Inspect devices and resolve discrepancies within timelines
• Track shipments and ensure delivery accuracy
• Handle return disputes and ensure cost recovery
• Provide real-time operational support to field teams
• Analyze performance metrics and identify process improvements
• Prepare reports on returns performance and cost efficiency
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations
Requirements:
✔ Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
✔ 1–2 years of relevant experience
✔ Strong analytical and negotiation skills
✔ Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (ERP knowledge is a plus)
✔ Excellent communication and organizational abilities
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
