Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, including receiving, issuance, and dispatch of materials.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliation.

• Coordinate with purchase, production, and quality teams for smooth material flow.

• Monitor stock levels, manage reorder points, and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.

• Supervise and train store staff, improve store layout, and optimize processes.

• Operate ERP / inventory software to ensure real-time and accurate stock updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, or specialization in Supply Chain preferred).

• 2-3 years of experience in store/inventory/warehouse management roles.

• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
