Description:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional to lead comprehensive stock audits across multiple branches and warehouses. This position plays a key role in identifying variances, validating inventory movements, and enhancing internal stock control systems to prevent loss and improve accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in stock auditing or inventory control (preferably in retail electronics or agency environments)
- Strong understanding of inventory systems, SOPs, and loss prevention techniques
- Proficient in using Excel, inventory management software, and ERP systems
- Familiarity with cycle counts, FIFO method, GRNs, and reconciliation techniques
- Excellent report writing and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across retail branches for audit tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine, surprise, and investigative audits of physical and system inventory
- Verify and validate inventory movements across sales, warehouse, and returns
- Analyze and report stock variances; initiate root cause analysis and corrective action
- Ensure compliance with inventory SOPs, documentation protocols, and audit timelines
- Monitor stock entries, exits, and adjustments across ERP and POS systems
- Prepare audit findings and submit structured reports to management
- Work closely with the warehouse, procurement, retail operations, and finance teams
