As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have over three years of robust experience in both manual and automation testing. You will be expected to possess deep knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and industry best practices that contribute to scalable and efficient testing strategies.

In this role, you will lead and take full ownership of QA activities, define test plans, develop test cases, automate regression tests, and maintain QA documentation. You must be capable of identifying and documenting issues, collaborating with developers and project managers, and driving resolutions proactively. A strong command of written and verbal communication is essential, along with effective reporting skills to keep stakeholders informed about testing progress and product quality.

Additionally, proven leadership abilities and a proactive mindset are required, as you will often mentor junior QA members and guide the team toward a quality-first development culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web and mobile applications

• Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools

• Collaborate closely with development and product teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues

• Continuously enhance test frameworks and processes to improve efficiency

• Prepare detailed QA reports and metrics to communicate testing status and outcomes

• Take initiative in identifying gaps and proposing improvements across QA practices

• Demonstrate leadership in ensuring product quality and timely delivery

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Software QA, including both Manual and Automation Testing

• Strong understanding of QA processes, testing strategies, and tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, etc.)

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver in a fast-paced environment

• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
