Devsinc is on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior AIML Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions, leveraging your expertise to push the boundaries of technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI algorithms and models to address complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and product managers, to define and refine project requirements.
- Conduct research on cutting-edge AI technologies and their practical applications to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide them in best practices for AI development and deployment.
- Assess the performance of AI models and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and promote high-quality coding standards within the team.
- Assist in defining the architectural design of AI systems and ensure scalability and performance.
- Document processes, methodologies, and project outcomes for knowledge sharing and reference.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working as an AI Engineer or in a related role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages such as Python or Java.
- In-depth knowledge of AI algorithms, neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying AI solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Experience in leading projects and mentoring junior team members is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
