The Workflow Automation team drives digital transformation across the Energy division through innovative low-code/no-code solutions. Responsibilities And Impact
- Design, architect, and develop highly scalable workflow automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms such as Appian, Power Platform, or similar technologies
- Participate in technical implementation throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as a hands-on senior developer
- Collaborate with cross-functional Development Teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to analyze requirements and deliver innovative solutions
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges, perform root cause analysis, and implement robust solutions that enhance system performance
- Create comprehensive system design documentation and conduct technical walkthroughs with stakeholders across global teams
- Champion best practices in governance, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and data security protocols to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions
What We're Looking For
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in application development using programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
- Proven experience with low-code/no-code platforms including but not limited to Appian, Power Platform, OutSystems, or similar workflow automation technologies
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, database management systems (such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL), and Object-Oriented Programming principles
- Experience with web APIs, RESTful services, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) design patterns
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical thinking skills for complex technical challenges
