Senior Social Media Manager

Description:

Kinetic Kube is looking for a senior social media professional with agency experience to lead strategy, content and creative execution across multiple client accounts.

This role is for someone who can turn a business goal into an original campaign, write a strong hook or script, guide designers and editors, present ideas confidently to clients, and use results to improve the next round of work.

You must also be comfortable on camera. You’ll appear and speak regularly in Kinetic Kube’s own videos and may contribute to client videos when the brief calls for it.

What you’ll do

• Lead social media strategy, campaigns and monthly content plans for multiple brands.

• Develop concepts, scripts, captions and creative briefs for reels, ads and brand content.

• Guide designers, video editors and junior social media team members.

• Lead client meetings, presentations, approvals and campaign reviews.

• Plan and attend selected content shoots.

• Work with our performance marketing team to improve paid social creative using campaign insights.

• Keep content relevant to each platform and each brand’s audience.

What we’re looking for

• At least four years of relevant experience, including managing multiple clients in an agency environment.

• A portfolio of campaigns or accounts you personally led.

• Strong storytelling, copywriting, creative judgment and presentation skills.

• Confidence speaking naturally on camera in public-facing content.

• Working knowledge of Meta Ads and social media performance metrics.

• The ability to manage clients, creative teams and deadlines with ownership.
