Sawaira Rashid is urgently hiring for a "Senior Social Media Executive" for Quickers Venture.

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
Timing: Mon to Fri - 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM.
Job Type: Full Time, Onsite.

Requirements:
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a relevant field.
- Must have fluency in English Verbal communication.
- Minimum 3 years of experience running paid ads (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, etc.).
- Proficiency in media buying strategy, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget optimization.
- Strong grip on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
- Experience managing ad campaigns for multiple brands in a software house or agency setup.
- Ability to analyse performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS) and scale campaigns.
- Skilled in organic growth strategies and community building.
- Strong collaboration with design/video teams to request and guide creatives.
- Must meet daily performance KPIs and deliver ROI-focused results
