About the Role SourceTek is hiring on behalf of a client for a highly experienced Foreman to oversee construction activities on high-rise commercial projects. Responsibilities

 Supervise day-to-day construction work and site operations.

 Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

 Review BOQs and assist with material and labor estimation.

 Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and client representatives.

 Allocate tasks and supervise skilled and semi-skilled workers.

 Monitor workmanship, productivity, and project progress.

 Identify and address site-level technical issues.

 Maintain daily progress and site activity reports.

 Ensure construction work follows approved specifications and safety requirements.

 Handle construction tools, equipment, materials, and technical documentation. Requirements

 Minimum 10 years of relevant Foreman or Site Supervisor experience.

 Hands-on background in high-rise or multistory commercial construction.

 Strong knowledge of drawings, BOQs, and construction specifications.

 Proven ability to lead and manage site teams.

 Good understanding of construction methods and safety practices.

 Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.

 Ability to work on-site in Lahore. Preferred

 Experience with commercial towers, malls, or office buildings of 15+ stories.

 Existing team of trained workers available to join.

 Relevant construction safety or site management certification.
