About the Role: Gallant Sports UK is a rapidly expanding leader in the health and fitness sector. We are looking for a world-class Shopify Sales Growth Lead to take full ownership of our flagship storefront. This isn't just about managing a theme; it’s about architecting a high-performance, scalable D2C experience that converts global traffic into loyal customers.
If you have a proven track record of scaling Shopify stores, optimizing for speed and conversion, and managing complex app integrations, we want you in our Gulberg HQ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Architecture: Lead the end-to-end management of our Shopify Plus environment, ensuring seamless performance across global regions.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Execute A/B testing, heat mapping, and UI/UX refinements to maximize ROI and lower customer acquisition costs.
- Technical SEO & Performance: Optimize site speed, Core Web Vitals, and on-page SEO structures to maintain a competitive edge in search rankings.
- App & API Integration: Manage and audit the app stack (Klaviyo, Gorgias, ERP syncs) and implement custom Liquid code where necessary to extend functionality.
- Data-Driven Growth: Analyze Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to identify friction points in the customer journey and implement immediate solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Experience: A "Shopify native" with a portfolio of successful, high-volume D2C stores you have built or scaled.
- Technical Prowess: Deep understanding of Shopify Liquid, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with headless commerce is a plus.
- Strategic Mindset: You don’t just take orders; you suggest improvements that drive revenue.
- Analytics Expert: Ability to translate complex data into actionable store improvements.
