Description:
We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer to join our web development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SharePoint solutions, workflows, and custom applications. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing CMS platforms and enterprise systems. The candidate will also work closely with the development team, in coordination with the SharePoint Consultant, to ensure successful implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement SharePoint-based solutions tailored to business needs.
- Customize and configure SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premise environments.
- Develop custom workflows, web parts, timer jobs, and applications using SharePoint Server-side Object Model (SSOM), Client Object Model (CSOM), JavaScript Object Model (JSOM), and InfoPath. Power BI Reports.
- Implement branding using custom master pages, page layouts, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.
- Troubleshoot and debug SharePoint applications and workflows.
- Integrate SharePoint with third-party applications and existing CMS platforms.
- Manage SharePoint security, permissions, and access control.
- Optimize SharePoint performance and resolve issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and improvements to SharePoint sites.
- Provide training and documentation for users and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development, including SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016/2019.
- Proficient in JavaScript, jQuery, C#, ASP.NET, and SharePoint development models (SSOM, CSOM); familiarity with SPFx and Power Platform is a plus.
- Experience with SharePoint migration processes, including content migration and version upgrades.
- Experience deploying and maintaining SharePoint solutions using PowerShell scripts and SharePoint Central Administration.
- Strong experience in C#, .NET, and REST API for backend development.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and SharePoint administration.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft SharePoint or Microsoft 365 Certifications.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
