Isloo Tech is seeking an on-site Senior SEO Specialist (5+ years experience) to drive SEO, AEO, GEO, and organic growth through modern search strategies and AI-assisted workflows.
✅ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
- Build content clusters, internal linking strategies, and topical authority frameworks.
- Optimize content for search intent, EEAT, rankings, and AI-driven search experiences.
- Leverage AI tools for research, content optimization, and workflow efficiency.
- Partner with content and development teams to implement technical SEO improvements, schema, metadata, indexing, and site performance enhancements.
- Deliver monthly SEO reports with performance analysis, insights, recommendations, and strategy adjustments.
- Establish SEO frameworks, quality standards, and best practices to support scalable growth.
✅ REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of proven SEO experience with measurable growth results.
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, AEO, and GEO.
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and AI-powered SEO tools.
- Proven ability to create SEO strategies, content frameworks, and growth roadmaps.
- Experience leveraging AI tools within SEO and content workflows.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
