WaysPro Tech is looking for a results-driven Senior SEO Specialist who can take full ownership of SEO strategy, execution, and performance. This is not a basic role we need someone who can plan, execute, and scale SEO campaigns across multiple projects, including local and international markets. If you understand rankings beyond keywords and can drive real business results (traffic, leads, revenue), this role is for you. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies (On-page, Technical, Off-page) 🔹 Perform advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and gap analysis 🔹 Optimize websites for technical SEO (indexing, crawling, Core Web Vitals, schema, internal linking) 🔹 Lead content strategy aligned with search intent, E-E-A-T, and topical authority 🔹 Manage and improve local SEO and international SEO campaigns 🔹 Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using tools like GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush 🔹 Identify and fix SEO issues (indexing errors, broken links, duplicate content, crawl issues) 🔹 Build and execute link-building strategies and authority growth plans 🔹 Collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams for implementation 🔹 Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly Requirements 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page strategies Experience working on WordPress and custom-built websites Deep understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SERP behavior Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, etc.) Proven track record of improving rankings, traffic, and conversions Preferred (Not Mandatory) Experience with international SEO and multi-location strategies Knowledge of schema markup and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) Experience working with eCommerce SEO Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and site structure
