What You’ll Be Doing
- Finding those golden keywords that bring in high-quality traffic.
- Running smart on-page & off-page SEO strategies that move the needle.
- Building powerful backlinks to boost our domain authority.
- Ensuring every title tag, heading, and meta description is optimized for maximum effectiveness.
- Fixing technical SEO issues that stand in the way of great rankings.
- Teaming up with our content and marketing crew to align SEO with creative campaigns.
- Tracking results, spotting opportunities, and constantly improving performance.
- Optimizing for ad campaigns to get the best possible ROI.
- Taking full responsibility for making our search presence stronger month after month.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on, results-driven SEO experience (agency or in-house).
- A deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Expertise with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog (or your own secret weapons).
- Strong knowledge of backlink strategies and improving domain authority.
- The ability to turn analytics into clear, actionable steps.
- Great communication skills — you’ll be working closely with content, design, and marketing.
