We’re looking for a Senior SEO Lead to join our team and drive measurable growth across organic traffic, search visibility, leads, and conversions.

🔎 About the Role

As a Senior SEO Lead, you’ll own our SEO strategy and roadmap across Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Content, Analytics, and emerging AI Search.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Content, Product, and Development teams to identify opportunities, execute SEO initiatives, and turn organic search into measurable business growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the overall SEO strategy and roadmap

• Lead technical SEO audits and optimization initiatives

• Drive organic traffic, rankings, qualified leads, and conversions

• Lead keyword research, search-intent analysis, and content strategy

• Optimize site architecture, internal linking, crawlability, and indexation

• Conduct competitor, SERP, and content-gap analysis

• Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush & Screaming Frog

• Collaborate with Content, Marketing, Product, and Development teams

• Track SEO KPIs and translate data into actionable strategies

• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and AI Search / AEO / GEO

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience

• 2+ years in a Senior SEO / SEO Lead / SEO Manager role

• Strong expertise in Technical, On-Page & Content SEO

• Proven track record of growing organic traffic and search visibility

• Strong understanding of keyword research and search intent

• Hands-on experience with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush & Screaming Frog

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with developers and cross-functional teams

• Ability to connect SEO performance with leads, conversions & business growth

• Strong communication, ownership, and leadership skills
