Senior Salesforce Developer

Description:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and other Salesforce technologies.

Customize standard Salesforce functionality to meet client-specific business requirements.

Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while optimizing application performance.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Solution Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and code quality improvements.

Participate in sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.

Maintain technical documentation, deployment plans, and release documentation.

Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
