Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate must have practical development expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and platform customization.
This role requires deep technical knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, automation, and system integrations.
Key Technical Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Future Methods, Queueable Apex)
- Build modern UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
- Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries
- Implement business automation using Flows (Record-Triggered, Scheduled, Screen Flows) and Process Builder
- Design and manage custom objects, validation rules, workflow rules, sharing rules, and role hierarchies
- Develop REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party systems
- Implement inbound and outbound integrations using Named Credentials and Connected Apps
- Handle data migration using Data Loader and ETL tools
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce Governor Limits and best coding practices
- Perform unit testing and maintain code coverage as per Salesforce deployment requirements
- Manage deployments using Change Sets, SFDX, or CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Prepare technical documentation and solution design document
- Knowhow of Jira and Confluence
Required Technical Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong command over:
- Apex Programming
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce APIs & Integration Patterns
- SOQL & SOSL
- Salesforce Security Model
- Experience working with:
- Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CBQ and Customer Service Cloud.
- REST & SOAP integrations
- Version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps)
- SFDX and Salesforce CLI
- Strong understanding of:
- Governor Limits
- Asynchronous processing
- Data modeling and schema design
- Platform events (preferred)
- Agent force (preferred)
